Quality control is of vital importance within any organisation and at Chamberlaine we are leading the way. Our quality assurance starts at grass roots with the intensive training of our cleaning operatives who are in turn supported by our experienced mobile supervisors, area managers and HSEQ Team.

Our Quality Controls are threefold:

• Mobile Supervisors carry out regular daily/weekly checks
• Area Managers utilising the latest software to audit their sites monthly to ensure the highest standards are maintained
• HSEQ Team complete comprehensive site visits to monitor and  independently verify the assurance of the  process and activities with a holistic approach on service, including compliance in regard to H&S and environmental regulations

Using the latest “Quality Manager” software we are able to empower our field management through mobile technology, reassuring our clients that we are managing their contract effectively. By analysing and summarising compliance data and letting you share it, along with any other key contract documents through a secure client portal on our website, our clients can see we are adding real value.
